Update your Preferences campaign

Cooking? Fashion? Tips for kids? Stockland needed to finetune their communication with their database. With this eDM campaign, we helped them to target more effectively, asking people to update their content preferences and incentivised with prizes.

Touched by Olivia signage

Livvi’s Place playgrounds in Stockland communities are created for all-abilities play. We developed signage for these play spaces in partnership with the Touched by Olivia Foundation. It needed a sense of interactive fun and to tell the story of inclusive play. It also had to engage parents and children, while educating them about the Foundation.

Residential & Retirement welcome campaign

The objective of this campaign was to help Stockland qualify incoming residential leads and get to know them, with the view that all leads are qualified for something. We created a targeted eDM welcome journey for customers who may be interested in first home buying, investing, upgrading or downsizing. Once they answered a question in the first email, more targeted communication for their lifestage and location was created.

Residential summer campaign

Getting people to fall in love with a new Stockland home was the goal here. Home Sweeter Home Sale eDMs were created for customers keen to know more about home buying but needed further encouragement and information to get them there. As well as home deals, there were event sessions held at Stockland communities and follow up email communication to continue to feed the pipeline with dreamers and convert deciders.
